Jeremy Carter is the managing partner of Baines Creek Private Equity, a position he has held since, August 2017.  Prior to that he served a variety of roles, including head of corporate development and CTO, for Fallbrook Technologies,  Inc, a licensing and manufacturing company he helped to found in 2004.  

 

Mr. Carter has also served as a management consultant to private equity, small businesses, and research centers around the world.   Areas of focus have included manufacturing, distribution, supply-chain, transportation, automotive and heavy truck, cycling, power sports,, clean energy, agriculture, and others.

 

He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an M.S. in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas in Austin.
