William has over 20 years of experience in financial and operating roles in the financial services and alternative investment industry. He has extensive knowledge of private funds from working in public accounting and for registered investment advisers. Prior to joining VCIMCO, William was a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of Summit Rock Advisors, an outsourced CIO firm in New York City.  At VCIMCO, he is responsible for the development and execution of all operating activities. M.S. in Taxation, Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College; B.S. in Accounting, University at Albany.
